Yes. I can accompany you to any new construction community across Charlotte and surrounding areas - Union County, Concord, Huntersville, Mooresville, Gastonia, and beyond. Just let me know which communities interest you and I'll arrange the tours.

Are you affiliated with any builder?

Absolutely not. I am a licensed real estate agent with Lifestyle International Realty with no financial relationship with any builder or developer. I work exclusively for you as the buyer.

What if I've already visited a model home without an agent?

It depends on the builder and how far along you are. Reach out to me as soon as possible - in many cases, I can still represent you even if you've visited a model home.

How quickly will you respond?

I typically respond within a few hours during business hours, and always within 24 hours. For urgent matters, calling or texting is the fastest way to reach me.
